Single conductor copper, high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE) insulated tracer/locator wire. HMWPE is a rugged and durable material considered excellent for moisture and abrasion resistance. This product is suitable for continuous service in direct burial, wet and dry locations, 75°C. Designed to carry an electrical signal for use in locating underground non-metallic pipe. Versions available in 30 volt, 600 volt. ASTM B-1, B-3, B-8 for Copper conductors. ICEA S-70-547, ICEA S-61-402/NEMA WC5 and ICEA S95-658/NEMA WC70 for cable construction. UL 83, UL 1581 for tests and procedures. Spark tested at 7500 VAC.
